Educandário São José Operário
The Educandário São José Operário is a college and charitable foundation for visually impaired people situated in the Brazilian town of Campos dos Goytacazes. Between 1999 and 2002, I introduced a group of the students to horticulture through weekly lessons. In return they taught me a lot about Portuguese and their Brazil. Together we designed and built a garden in the college grounds. This site is all about that garden, and the process of creating it.
